Autumn is the ideal period for these powerful herbal treatments that are very easy to make.

Carrot mask

Mix one to two grated carrots with one egg white, add a teaspoon of olive oil and a little bit of starch. Apply the mask to your face and neck and leave it on for 15 minutes (if you have oily skin) or 30 minutes (if you have dry skin). Start rinsing the mask with warm water first and then continue with cold water.

Potato mask

Mix finely grated potato with finely grated cucumber and apply the paste to your face and neck. Leave the mask on for 20 minutes and rinse it with water that was previously mixed with a little bit of lemon juice. Afterwards gently rub olive oil in the skin.

Anti-wrinkle peeling mask

Add a tablespoon of sour cream and ten drops of castor oil to a finely chopped handful of peeled pumpkin seeds and mix all ingredients together and bring them to a homogeneous mass. Apply the mask to cleansed face and leave it on for half an hour. The results will be more effective if you standstill while performing the treatment, and even better if lying down. The mask should be removed with a cotton ball and your face washed with lukewarm water.

Nourishing mask for muscle tone regeneration

Bake an apple, peel it, then mash the soft part and add a tablespoon of sour cream. Stir until you get a homogeneous mass. Apply the mask to previously cleansed face, leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.

Avocado mask

Use a fork to mash one ripe avocado, add one tablespoon of yogurt and clay and 3 drops of sandalwood essential oil. Stir until it turns into a smooth mass. Apply it to a wet face and remove it with a damp terry glove 15 minutes later. Avocado contains oil which softens the skin and restores its moisture.

Quince mask against wrinkles

Mix one yolk with 5 teaspoons of freshly squeezed quince juice and 4 teaspoons of wheat germ. Apply the mask to a clean face and leave it on for half an hour, then rinse your face with warm water.
