Natural ways to maintain a Healthy Eyesight
Palming is an exercise that you must have seen many people, especially elderly ones, do it. Itis an exercise that relieves your eyes and boosts eyesight. Palming is an easy way to provide its due relaxation. In fact, it might be possible that you may have done this sometimes in life, knowingly or unknowingly. You just need to rub your palms together and keep it on your eyes for a few seconds. Repeat this for 5-7 times.
2. Eye Rolling
Rolling eyes is something that we all do unconsciously. When our eyes get strained up looking in a particular direction, we move our eyes around and roll them over. To do this appropriately, you should start from rolling eyes in a clockwise direction and then move it anti-clockwise. Take some break in between and then repeat this for at least 5 times. You should do eye rolling at least 2 times in a day for healthy eyesight.
Refocusing is a method that should be actually applied to everyone. Especially children should try this eye enhancing method when they concentrate on their books or otherwise. Refocusing is a type of exercise that helps you break continuity and relax your mind and nerves connecting eyes. It is very simple thing that you need to do in this. First look away from the screen at a distant object and then look at your palms. Then return your focus on the distant object. Repeat this 5 times between your work and you will feel less tired and sleepy.
4. Blinking eyes at continuous Intervals
Blinking is something that comes very naturally to all of us. If you have a blank wall right in front of you, then you can easily try this. First close your eyes for 2 seconds, then open your eyes and blink rapidly for around 5 seconds. Once you do this, repeat it for another 5-7 times this whole process. It prevents you from eye strain, fatigue and redness that might happen very often otherwise.
5. The 20-20-20 rule
This is a very trendy method that has been recommended by eye specialists as well. Basically 20-20-20 eye rule can be done at any time of the day. This can give you best results when you do it at regular intervals throughout the day to keep your eyes healthy and beautiful. While working on computer or watching your favorite show on phone. All you need to do is to look away in every 20 minutes for 20 seconds at an object that is at least 20 feet away from you. This exercise or process can even help you improve your eyesight.
