For those of you who’ve tried to bulk in the past, at first it seems easy. “I can eat as much as I want!” It doesn’t take long to realize that it’s a lot harder than you thought it’d be. Not only do you have to eat a lot (sometimes uncomfortably so) you have to eat right as well! In this video I go over what I do throughout the day to clean bulk. Of course, the most important thing is going to be consistency. Try and eat roughly the same amount of food every day, while continuing a workout routine. Bulking ain’t easy, but nothing worth having ever is. BUFF DUDES!
