I don’t care if you’re brand new to training or a seasoned lifter, there is one clear winner when it comes to building muscle in the argument of training with light vs heavy weight.

I’m curious to get your take on this because I have some friends who have made tremendous progress lifting ungodly amounts of weight but I will still stand by the fact that everyone I have ever trained always responded best to high reps, high volume with “lighter weights”.
