My Orthorexia Experience & How I Found Food Freedom/ When Healthy Eating Goes Too Far/ WFPB Vegan

I created this YouTube Channel to share my experience with losing 70 lbs in 2020 on a whole food plant based diet. I came across Dr. Mcdougall and the Starch Solution in May of 2020 and was able to do a deep dive to learn about plant based living and plant based weight loss. It changed my life in so many ways! I did however find that as I learned more information about nutrition through research, my diet became more and more restrictive and I found myself struggling with some orthorexic tendencies that I have had to work through the last several months. In this video I will be sharing some red flags that tipped me off that my relationship to food wasn’t as healthy as it could be, how I worked through that, and talk about my thoughts about being a whole food plant based vegan without being orthorexic. Is it possible? Let’s chat about it!
