Saddleback’s Psi Beta + Psychology Club and the Student Health Center are hosting Wellness Week from May 3 through May 7, 2021. Attend any of their wellness-focused events that they’ve created to help find de-stressors and promote your well-being.
On Wednesday, May 5, 2021 they will be hosting a Desk Yoga and Meditation from 1 to 2 pm. If you’re feeling drained or stressed after long periods of time in front of a screen join them for a session with simple yoga poses and five minutes of meditation. Click here to RSVP.
