The Fitness App is the most comprehensive app on the market – and with that said we understand it can be daunting to pick a program! So, we created this breakdown so you can learn more about each program and choose what is best for you!

Remember when choosing to consider the following: What is your fitness goal? Does this program address that?  What is your fitness level?  If you are an intermediate level athlete you won’t want a program designed for beginners. And, what types of training do you actually enjoy? Do you want a yoga program? Do you enjoy strength training? Does kickboxing make you feel empowered? The Fitness App has a wide variety of workouts to ensure there is something for everyone!
No matter what program you choose, remember that consistency is the key to getting results so be sure to couple your workout program with a healthy eating plan for best results. We have many options to choose from, but even if you don’t eat with us, make sure you are being mindful of your food choices to best support your fitness goals!

Great For Beginners

Fitness for Beginners (Dumbbells)
Fitness for Beginners is my 30 day jump start program for people just starting their fitness journey. If you have never worked out, feel intimidated by exercise, or have just let yourself fall out of shape, Fitness for Beginners is the ideal program to get you on the path to your best self. This program consists of 10 unique 20-minute workouts strategically sequenced to get you back into great health safely and effectively.

Walk a 5k (No Equipment)
For beginners who are feeling a bit overwhelmed. This program is designed to get you walking and moving safely and comfortably. During this program you will feel confident while gradually getting yourself in shape and preparing yourself for walk jog programs and/or total body toning plans.

Low Impact Shred (Dumbbells) 
Low Impact Shred is a super effective 30 day fitness program designed to help you achieve your strength, fitness, or weight loss goals without impact training. You will train 5 times a week utilizing bodyweight training, free weight training, and HIIT training – all designed to strengthen, condition, and tone with zero impact. Yeah Baby Prenatal

Yeah Baby 1st Trimester:
The Prenatal 1st Trimester program is for Mamas-to-be in the 1st-3rd month of pregnancy. The program is broken down by trimester, so make sure you choose the corresponding trimester program with how far along you are in your pregnancy. You’ll train for approx. 25 minutes four days a week with the appropriate modifications for each trimester so that you and your little one get the best results as safely as possible. Remember to get your doctor’s clearance and let’s get started!

Yeah Baby 2nd Trimester:
The Prenatal 2nd Trimester program is for Mamas-to-be in the 4th-6th month of pregnancy. Just like in the first trimester you will workout four times per week for approximately 25 minutes per session. There are modifications along the way as your pregnancy progresses.

Yeah Baby 3rd Trimester:
You are in the home stretch. Prenatal 3rd Trimester is for mamas-to-be in their 7th-9th month of pregnancy. We dialed it back quite a bit. You’ll  lead you through four workouts per week, but this trimester program contains more stretching and additional modifications for your growing belly.

Postnatal Bounce Back Baby
Bounce Back Baby is the most popular postnatal program out of all the fitness apps on the market. In Bounce Back Baby we will ease you back into your fitness regimen post-kiddo to “get your body back” to tip top shape. This workout takes into account any who have had a c section or diastasis recti and all the exercises are designed to heal and recondition your abs to not just flatten your tummy, but rebuild your core strength. Make sure to get clearance from your doctor before starting the program!

Co created by myself and renowned pregnancy fitness expert Andrea Orbeck to provide you with three incredibly effective workouts, each focusing on a different section of your body: upper body focusing on arms, chest and back, a lower body workout that tones the buns and thighs, and a core-strengthening workout. We understand the hectic schedule of a busy, on-the-go mom which is why the workouts are approximately 20 minutes each.
