Welcome to this 20 min Everyday Dynamic Legs and Hips Yoga Class, designed specifically for those with a bit of yoga experience (beginner yoga level is fine!) who seek to strengthen and gain flexibility in their lower body. This class is dynamic because we focus on active stretching to maximize our range of motion – this is one of the most effective ways to increase flexibility.

Because the body is connected and your hips affect most parts of your body – even indirectly – this class goes beyond your legs and hips and can provide relief for your back, shoulders, and neck.

I’ve crafted this fun session to be an inviting challenge for my students ready get deep into the legs and hips while ensuring it’s accessible enough for beginner yogis eager to explore deeper hip openers and leg work. Expect this yoga for hips and legs class to boost your strength, flexibility, and even aid in weight loss through dynamic yoga movements.
