Boost your energy and strengthen your body with this power practice using the Sun C sequence from the 60 minute ENERGY Power Yoga Class found in the SarahBethYoga APP: https://www.sarahbethyoga.com/join

You’ll warm up your spine, chest and legs then move into the first round of the Sun C sequence where you hold powerful balancing and warrior poses with a wild thing infused vinyasa at the end. Then repeat that same sequence 1 breath, 1 movement, before cooling down and resting in savasana. You’ll learn to use your breath to stay focused, calm and strong. This is an intermediate practice with fewer cues.

I highly recommend you modify and skip poses to make the first time through a strength-building practice. Then each time you repeat a sequence from the ENERGY Collection in the SarahBethYoga APP to challenge yourself to practice more of the poses that you modified or skipped last time. Eventually, over time you will condition your body, breath, and wrists with this sustainable approach to this intense power class. Hint: This is exactly how I conditioned myself to be able to film this on camera with strength. Trust me, take it slow. Harness your energy.
