45 MIN Full Body Sweaty STRENGTH and CARDIO HIIT Workout – With Weights, Home Workout | TRANSFORM

Welcome to my new Weight Loss Workout Series called TRANSFORM (PHASE 2).

Today’s session is a 45 minute CARDIO RESISTANCE Workout which will test you, in a nice way of course.

The session can be used as a stand alone workout or as part of the full TRANSFORM Weight Loss Series. This new series is designed to help promote weight loss while strengthening and shaping your body at the same time.

The workout can be carried out using body weight only or better still add dumbbells for the extra burn 🔥🔥🔥 Let’s do it!

I will be using bodyweight moves and 1kg dumbbells during the session.

The session is suitable for Beginner’s up to Advanced levels and remember to go at your own pace and range of motion.
