Residential care homes also regularly using as part of their activity programme, with participants up to the age 100.
These sessions cover Lavina’s Feel Good Fitness Prescription EXERCISE SNACKS – bitesize sections of Breathwork, Mobility, Cardio, Strength Training and Stretch snacks to help reduce risks of common chronic illnesses like Type 2 Diabetes, Heart disease, Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, cancers, heart disease and to help maintain our independence as we age. Physio approved exercises and shared by Alzheimers Society as dementia friendly exercises.
