Kapha
Balances: Apples, apricots, berries, cherries, cranberries, mangos, peaches, bitter and pungent vegetables, broccoli, celery, garlic, onion.
Worsens: Sweet and sour fruits, bananas, coconut, melons, papaya, juicy and sweet vegetables, potatoes, tomatoes.

There are many recommendations in Ayurveda, which are very easily translated to a Raw Food Diet.
Such tips are:

Eat generally seasonal fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and grains
Eat according to your constitution, or dosha
Fast for one day every two weeks
Develop a regular eating regular
Eliminate or limit caffeinated, carbonated and alcohols from your life
Consume organic tea, vegetables and fruit juices
