Spinach, Turkey Bacon, and Mixed Bell Pepper Egg Bites
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or thawed if using frozen)
6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup mixed bell peppers, diced (use a combination of red, yellow, and green)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Cooking spray (for greasing the muffin tin)

Shrimp and Sausage Rigatoni a la Vodka
Ingredients:
1 pound rigatoni pasta
2 cans (28 oz each) of your favorite tomato sauce (e.g., RAGÚ)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 pound ground sausage
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon seasoning (for boiling pasta water)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Olive oil for cooking
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
