We made it to day 3 of the body-recomposition series! Today’s ab workout is only 15 minutes long and we will be doing some of my favorite beginner-friendly ab exercises (with modifications).
During this workout it’s super important to brace your core, if you struggle to keep your core tight this queue will help change that for you: pretend you are about to be punched in the belly and you want to brace your core to prevent the punch from pushing you!
This will help you keep your core tight, and the more you practice this the easier it will be! Having a strong core will help you get stronger with other exercises and stand taller (improve your posture.) If at any point you have to modify these ab exercises by putting your feet on the floor or resting to catch your breath that is totally okay!
