Bryan Johnson has only one motto in life – DON’T DIE! The multi-millionaire (or some say billionaire) founder and CEO of Blueprint, and Kernel, the 46 year old tech mogul’s obsession of biohacking to developing an anti-aging regime has bought global acclimation (and several accusations as well). He mentions spending his Mormon missionary days as a 21 year old in Ecuador in abject poverty and vowed to make living cleaner and happier. Johnson is no more a Mormon but he is even more passionate for eternal life, not after death, but right now! In 2021 he launched Project Blueprint deploying several medical professionals, rigorous testing, undergoing plasma transfusions with one of the transfusions from his son’s blood, and several contentious practices to improve his biomarkers. While Johnson claims gradual success over the years, critics are doubtful. His fans though swear by the blueprint he has designed which also includes a strict diet pattern followed by an equally stricter sleep regime. The diet includes supplements as well. In his latest Bryan Johnson dropped one of the key ingredients he has been relishing for three years now, that has kept both death and wrinkles at bay. And it is nothing fancy but *drum rolls* chocolates made of pure cocoa! Appending some peer reviewed research Bryan explained how cocoa is good for brain health, heart health, good cholesterol, and positive mood among other benefits. However, he cautions buying cocoa with added heavy metals and processed with alkali. Here’s what peeps think of Bryan’s blueprint and the results he share over X/Twitter and Instagram.
