Is there a cure for uterine fibroids and Asherman’s Syndrome / uterine adhesions?
DISCLAIMER: CONSULT WITH A DOCTOR BEFORE DECIDING ON A TREATMENT PLAN FOR ANY DISEASE.
In this article, we’re going to talk about uterine fibroids and uterine adhesions (also known as Asherman’s Syndrome), two health issues that can cause infertility in women. We decided to group them together because they share certain features and the treatments for uterine adhesions and uterine fibroids are almost identical. Many women wish to know how to cure Asherman’s syndrome naturally and we provide details in this article and a protocol that will allow patients to see progress quickly with this disease.
While uterine fibroids often develop in response to toxic exposure, particularly to phthalates among other things, uterine adhesions tend to develop in response to some form of irritation. Irritation may occur as a result of surgery, certain forms of birth control such as IUDs, or as a result of infection. Chlamydia, for example, can play a role in the development of uterine adhesions and the blockage of fallopian tubes.
Below are related health issues that may respond to the same treatments described in this article for uterine fibroids and uterine adhesions. This is not an exhaustive list:
Uterine Fibroids: Natural Treatment Options Introduction
As we researched each of the most common causes of infertility in women, uterine fibroids (also known as uterine leiomyomas) kept being pushed to the bottom of our list. Though the other most common causes of infertility became apparent with research, uterine fibroids remained a mystery…until we found word of a study into phthalates, a chemical that triggers the growth of uterine fibroids. Additionally, as it turns out, phthalates also delay the death of uterine fibroid cells. So we decided to begin this discussion about natural treatments for uterine fibroids by urging women with this health issue specifically to learn more about common toxins, toxic buildup, and methods for detoxifying one’s life.

Introduction to Natural Treatment for Asherman’s Syndrome / Uterine Adhesions
Chlorine Dioxide Solution / Miracle Mineral Supplement: Can Asherman’s syndrome be treated at home?
Studies have shown that Asherman’s Syndrome may be caused by infection. Though prescription antibiotics are unlikely to be prescribed and also unlikely to be helpful as a cure for Asherman’s Syndrome, women can used Chlorine Dioxide Solution / Miracle Mineral Supplement as a safe alternative to antibiotic treatment. If you don’t already know about Chlorine Dioxide Solution as a cure for infections that conventional medicine can’t yet treat, read more about the chemistry and biology of this at-home cure for Asherman’s Syndrome here.
Genital tuberculosis has been implicated as a common cause of Asherman’s Syndrome, but women should know that experts in natural cures for cancer view tuberculosis, scleroderma, leprosy, and cancer as related health problems that can all be cured using natural medicines. Download our 3-volume Cancer Cure Catalog reference guide to cancer cures here to learn more about how to cure all of these diseases, including genital tuberculosis, an infection that is often to blame for causing Asherman’s syndrome and uterine adhesions.
Both uterine adhesions and uterine fibroids respond to treatment with phytoestrogens. Conventional medicine doctors may prescribe synthetic hormone therapy, but women with uterine adhesions should avoid synthetic hormones because they are toxic and they can therefore add to the problem. Read more about the dangers of synthetic hormones like Interceed, here.
An alternative to Interceed, a synthetic estrogen treatment for Asherman’s Syndrome, women can instead take Pueraria mirifica, an herb that contains a powerful phytoestrogen that mimics the safest form of estrogen in the body: estriol. Indeed, women with uterine fibroids can also give Pueraria mirifica a try to see if it helps reduce the size of fibroids.
If your doctor has recommended Interceed for uterine adhesions, but you’d prefer to work with a natural treatment for Asherman’s Syndrome, Pueraria mirificia is the safest phytoestrogenic substance that would mimic the results of Interceed without any of the toxic effects. Take up to 500 mg of Pueraria mirifica per day. Stop taking it if your symptoms worsen.
What are phthalates and how do phthalates contribute to uterine fibroids and uterine adhesions?
Phthalates are a type of chemical that are found in a lot of women’s beauty products and personal care products. They’re also found in men’s personal care products as well. This is significant particularly in terms of women’s health though given that women, on average, use 18 beauty and personal care products daily. Men use far less. As such, women are disproportionately affected by toxic chemicals like phthalates in beauty and personal care products.
Phthalates are found in sunscreen, which is relevant to other aspects of our research into both men’s and women’s health. We’ll talk more about sunscreen and sunlight exposure below. The combination of lack of natural sunlight exposure plus exposure to endocrine-disrupting phthalates in sunscreen products equates to reproductive organ dysfunction such as the growth of uterine fibroids and uterine adhesions.
Phthalates are also found in food packaging materials, and in medical products. Examples of products that contain phthalates include:
Exposure to phthalates occurs through food, drinking water, and also through breathing dust that contains phthalate metabolites.
Reduce Uterine Fibroids Naturally Through Phthalate Avoidance and Detoxification
Once a woman is exposed to phthalates, these chemicals are broken down into several related chemicals. Di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) is metabolized into mono (2-ethyl-5-hydroxyhexyl) phthalate (MEHHP). MEHHP is the metabolite that, in lab studies, promotes the growth of uterine fibroids and other fibroid cells. In addition to its promotion of uterine fibroid growth, MEHHP also inhibited uterine fibroid cell death.
In studies, MEHHP caused uterine fibroid cells to absorb higher than normal amounts of the amino acid, L-tryptophan. Normally, L-tryptophan is converted into essential neurotransmitters like serotonin and melatonin that govern circadian rhythms and that help us feel awake in the daytime and sleepy at night (among other things). In women (and men) who are exposed to the MEHHP phthalate, however, L-tryptophan is converted into a rogue, unnatural compound that stimulates cellular receptors that promote the growth of tumors and fibroid cells and that also inhibit the death of fibroid cells.
Chemicals That Cause Uterine Fibroids: Phthalates
Uterine leiomyoma / uterine fibroids are the most common type of tumor in women so this topic deserves some focused attention. Some studies have found that up to 80% of women will experience a uterine fibroid in their lifetime, so this is a common problem. Uterine fibroids cause death in 15-30% of women who develop this problem and the correlation with uterine fibroids and chemical exposure is a clue as to how to get rid of fibroids naturally.
Exposure to DEHP is consistently correlated with uterine fibroid development in the scientific literature and natural uterine fibroid treatments that address the problem of phthalate exposure are a good starting block for women with this problem. L-tryptophan metabolism can go awry if women are exposed to phthalates that disrupt the enzymes responsible for breaking L-tryptophan down into natural, healthy metabolites. In women with uterine fibroids, L-tryptophan is broken down into a substance known as Kynurenine, but then, when phthalates are present, the metabolic pathway known as the Kynurenine Pathway is somehow stalled such that Kynurenine metabolites buildup in the body in unnatural ways that cause health problems like uterine fibroids.
Other serious health problems in addition to uterine fibroids that are associated with phthalate exposure and the buildup of unnatural levels of Kynurenine metabolites include the following:
How to Naturally Shrink Uterine Fibroids and Cure Asherman’s Syndrome Naturally
Women who want to naturally eliminate uterine fibroids or uterine adhesions should start by reducing their exposure to phthalates. Follow this link to read more about how to detoxify your life simply and easily to quickly reduce your exposure to phthalates and other toxic chemicals. Women with uterine adhesions / Asherman’s Syndrome may also want to consider doing a detoxification protocol to enhance fertility to achieve more balance reproductive hormone levels and better general health.
The Kynurenine Pathway, L-Tryptophan, Vitamin D, and Sunlight Exposure
Most of the free tryptophan in humans is degraded into useful (as well as sometimes toxic) metabolites via The Kynurenine Pathway. Kynurenines are responsible for the proper function of the following systems in the body:
Because of the role of Kynurenines in skeletal muscle function, a number of scientific studies have investigated the Kynurenine Pathway in terms of exercise. These studies are helpful to us in terms of finding a cure for uterine fibroids which are abnormal growths of the muscle tissue in the uterus. One study, for example, looked at how vitamin D supplementation in ultramarathon runners impacted the metabolism of L-tryptophan via the Kynurenine Pathway.
But before we launch into a discussion about the virtues of vitamin D supplementation, we have to look critically at vitamin D as a substance that is produced by human skin naturally when the body is exposed to sunlight without sunscreen impeding light penetration of the melanin in the skin. Before we can really talk about vitamin D supplementation as a potential natural treatment for uterine fibroids, we have to acknowledge first of all, that vitamin D supplementation can be extremely harmful to human health. This isn’t common knowledge and it isn’t the popular view in the mainstream media. But we’ve spent a considerable amount of time researching the dangers of vitamin D supplementation and we believe that the big media push toward mass vitamin D supplementation is a calculated effort to encourage ill-informed Americans and Europeans to take vitamin D willingly and make their health problems worse. Read an in depth article about how vitamin D enhances other nutrient deficiencies here. Read more here about the dangers of supplementing with vitamin D if you do not also supplement with vitamin K2.
So let’s just remember that human skin produces an inactivated form of vitamin D when the body is exposed to sunlight. And let’s also acknowledge that vitamin D, after it is produced in the inactive form in the skin, passes through the organs of detoxification like the liver and the kidneys as well as through the pancreas on its way to becoming activated. Vitamin D as well as fumaric acid, an agent that plays a key role in energy production as well as the natural detoxification of the body from substances like phthalates, are naturally produced in the body when the body is exposed to sunlight without sunscreen getting in the way of this process.
Fumaric Acid: Natural Detoxifier
Okay, so let’s ignore vitamin D just for a moment and instead focus briefly on fumaric acid. Both vitamin D and fumaric acid are produced in the skin in inactive forms. And both of these substances travel first to the liver for activation. Vitamin D is only partially activated in the liver, but fumaric acid is fully activated in this, the most important organ of detoxification in the human body.
Fumaric acid, by the way, is relevant to both uterine fibroid sufferers as well as uterine adhesions sufferers. Both can benefit from this natural substance.
Fumaric acid plays a vital role in the ATP-ADP cycle (also known as the Kreb’s cycle), the most important energy-production cycle in the body. Without adequate fumaric acid, this energy production cycle is considerably slowed down. And since most people are not exposed to a lot of sunlight (without sunscreen or clothing to “protect” the skin) and they do not consume herbs that contain fumaric acid, they eventually become depleted in this vital, practically unknown nutrient that energizes the body and each living cell.
As it turns out, fumaric acid is also a major detoxifying agent for the human body that helps get rid of cells that are not functioning properly (example: fibroid cells) as well as getting rid of toxins inside of the cells. It works, in large part, by hastening the production of normal, healthy DNA in all cells in the body through its facilitation of the Kreb’s Cycle. So, for women who want to know how to shrink uterine fibroids naturally, fumaric-acid-related treatments are essential. These fumaric acid treatments include:

Vitamin D and The Kynurenine Pathway
Okay, so let’s turn our gaze back again at vitamin D, a substance that’s produced in human skin when the body is exposed to natural sunlight without sunscreen impeding absorption of the sun’s full-spectrum rays. We know that Big Pharma promotes the use of phthalate-containing sunscreen that impedes vitamin D production in the skin. And Big Pharma also promotes supplementation with large doses of vitamin D. But now, we need to note that studies have shown that vitamin D supplementation in ultramarathon runners after a big race decreased the buildup of toxic Kynurenine Pathway metabolites that cause health issues like inflammation, uterine adhesions, and uterine fibroids in the body. One could assume that vitamin D would also reduce the toxic buildup of Kynurenine Pathway metabolites caused by phthalate exposure as well. But women who use sunscreen specifically, would be exposed to phthalates and also produce less vitamin D and less fumaric acid naturally in the skin leading to a downward health spiral.
Apparently, studies have shown that high-dose vitamin D supplementation causes a detour in the Kynurenine Pathway which needs to be considered in terms of natural sunlight exposure because we know that vitamin D supplementation by itself can lead to calcification of the soft tissues and organs, especially if the patient is not taking a vitamin K2 supplement. In other words, if you take a vitamin D supplement without also taking vitamin K2 to complement the effects of excess vitamin D in the body, your soft tissues and organs will calcify. This might show up as breast calcifications and false positives on mammograms, for example, but it could also look like calcification of the pineal gland (which can cause problems like anovulation or luteal phase dysfunction among other things) or the pancreas (which might look like diabetes).
Vitamin D supplementation without vitamin K2 supplementation can also cause osteoporosis and heart disease. This vitamin D-vitamin K2 dynamic is important so don’t ignore it and try to push forward with vitamin D injections or supplements for uterine fibroids without reading about the cascade of effects that happen over time as a result of high-dose vitamin D supplementation. Your doctor may try to push vitamin D injections, but if it doesn’t feel to you, consider your other options. Read more about government-sponsored nutrient deficiencies that are made worse by vitamin D supplementation here.
Also note that many patients who do long-term vitamin D supplementation and high-dose vitamin D2 injections develop pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas) as a result. Patients who have received high-dose vitamin D2 injections and who developed left upper quadrant pain and pancreatic cysts or tumors who stopped their vitamin D supplementation / injections report that their cyst sizes and tumor markers decreased considerably in correlation with diminished vitamin D supplementation. Our message here is that vitamin D supplementation and injections need to be administered only with at least an equivalent amount of vitamin K2 to ensure that the calcium that vitamin D pushes into the blood supply can be actively moved into the bone tissues where it belongs by vitamin K2.
Vitamin D supplementation is something that should be done only in extreme moderation and only in tandem with vitamin K2 supplementation to offset the negative effects of excess vitamin D in the body. Doctors today have been taught to push high-dose vitamin D injections, but patients need to be aware that high doses of vitamin D without balanced levels of vitamin K2 can lead to the calcification of organs and glands which leads to serious health problems that can seem unresolvable. Sunlight exposure is more important, in our opinion, than vitamin D supplementation for uterine fibroids and uterine adhesions, because fumaric acid is also produced when the body is exposed to sunlight. If you’re lucky enough to live in a part of the world where you can catch some rays each day, commit to spending 30 to 60 minutes in the sun for 3 months. After 3 months of daily exposure, you’ll note a significant improvement in your health.
Let me say these thoughts in a different way: studies that are showing that vitamin D deficiency plays a role in uterine fibroid development and studies that show that phthalate exposure (phthalates are “UV filters” in commercial sunscreen products) causes uterine fibroids are both acknowledging, from different (narrow) perspectives, that women with uterine fibroids need exposure to the full-spectrum light of the sun.
Fumaric acid also promotes the normal development of tissue and prevents the development of abnormal adhesions.
In summary, if you are suffering with uterine adhesions or if you’re a woman who wants to get rid of uterine fibroids naturally, first think about implementing a daily regime of sunlight exposure along with drinking the Budwig Smoothie. Note that the Budwig Protocol, which includes full dietary recommendations and the daily consumption of Budwig Smoothies, contains plenty of vitamin K2 as long as you use milk products from grass-fed cows that have not been treated with organophosphate veterinary medications. If you sit in the sun to encourage your body to make vitamin D naturally and consume the Budwig Smoothie while exposing your body to sunlight, you will produce the proper amount of vitamin D to complement the vitamin K2 in your Budwig Smoothie. This diet is a natural cancer treatment as well as a natural cancer prevention diet. Because uterine fibroids are related to uterine cancer, this diet is essential as a cancer-prevention treatment for women with uterine fibroids. Read more about the Budwig Protocol here.
Vitamin D supplementation may be valuable to women with uterine fibroids and it may also be valuable to women with uterine adhesions but if you decide to take a vitamin D supplement, make sure that it is a vitamin D3 + vitamin K2 supplement to avoid scary long-term side effects from vitamin D supplementation. Steer away from vitamin D injections which can cause inflammation of the pancreas as well as calcification of breast tissues, brain tissues, and blood vessels.
Above all, if your doctor recommends a “vitamin D analogue” like Paracalcitol, politely decline it. Below we talk about why.
Dangers of Paracalcitol
If you had a choice between paying a lot of money for a brand-name clothing knockoff or a much lower price for a brand-name clothing product that was the real thing, which would you choose? Most people, I believe, would choose to pay a lower price for the “real thing”, but in medicine these days, patients are being coerced into doing just the opposite: they pay more for fake nutrients that ultimately hijack the body and cause serious diseases over the course of time.
Paracalcitol is nothing but fake vitamin D. It is one of a number of “fake nutrients” that have been developed by Big Pharma to sell to the public as patentable “medicines” that initially seem to treat vitamin and mineral deficiency diseases. Patients are not taught to look for nutrient deficiencies as a cause for disease, so they’re easy prey for Big Pharma and doctors who are just as ignorant about nutrient deficiencies as their patients. By modifying certain nutrients like vitamin D in a lab, Big Pharma has been able to produce synthetic substances that can be patented. Patentable substances can be sold at a huge profit in comparison with the sale of natural substances like vitamin or mineral supplements. And since there are no laws against the creation of fake nutrients that can be sold at a huge profit to the public (despite the fact that fake nutrients are toxic and they cause nutrient-deficiency diseases), Big Pharma is making a lot of money from this practice.
Nutrient deficiencies make the body desperate. When a person has a deficiency of a nutrient like vitamin D, the body tends to get confused and accept any substance that looks even remotely like the nutrient in question to try to restore equilibrium to a persons’ health. Big Pharma has picked up on this fact and they’ve manufactured “fake nutrients” that hijack the body’s normal physiology. A synthetic drug like paracalcitol initially seems to cure uterine fibroids and other health issues. During the first few weeks or months of treatments, patients may seem to experience symptom improvement. But over the course of time, a drug like paracalcitol causes infinitely more harm than good. Patients eventually develop vitamin D deficiency disease symptoms, but they don’t recognize the symptoms as such. There’s no way to resolve a nutrient deficiency disease without administering the nutrient, but if a fake nutrient like paracalcitol has been administered, the first step in the process of treating the deficiency is detoxification from paracalcitol. Patients who don’t realize that they have to detox the body and get rid of the fake nutrient may give up on the process of healing before they even have a chance to get started.
While vitamin D supplementation by itself can be harmful if you don’t also supplement with vitamin K2, the paracalcitol risks and dangers are much more serious. Below are the side effects and adverse events that are caused by paracalcitol. Note that many of the adverse effects of paracalcitol for uterine fibroids are due to increased calcium levels in the blood supply that make it impossible for the body to absorb iodine:
Iodine Supplementation as a Natural Cure for Uterine Fibroids and Adhesions
At AlivenHealthy, our research into women’s health issues consistently points back to iodine deficiency so it would be irresponsible to not mention iodine supplementation here as a natural uterine fibroid treatment. You see, if vitamin D levels are high and vitamin K2 levels are low, then the body won’t be able to absorb natural iodine in food. Also, if the patient has been exposed to bromide / bromine in drugs like cough syrups or prescriptions like pyridostigmine bromide, iodine deficiency turns into a state of bromide toxicity. Learn more about drugs that contain bromine / bromide here.
If you have abnormal cellular growth like uterine fibroids or Asherman’s syndrome / uterine adhesions, you need iodine. Indeed, iodine is the go-to cure for all reproductive organ diseases because iodine is the primary nutrient needed by the reproductive organs in order for them to be healthy. Iodine also assists the immune system, so it’s a powerful and important nutrient in women’s health. Read more about the use of Lugol’s iodine as a cure for breast cancer, uterine cancer, and all other reproductive organ cancers here. Note the important relationship between vitamin K2 and Lugol’s iodine. Without vitamin K2, the body won’t be able to properly absorb iodine and use it. And also note that vitamin D supplementation without vitamin K2 supplementation makes this iodine absorption problem even worse.

How to Prevent Asherman’s Syndrome: Lugol’s Iodine 2%
If you’ve recently had a miscarriage, abortion, D&C, or another type of surgery in the abdomen, Lugol’s iodine and the other treatments we recommend will help you prevent uterine adhesions from developing around the surgical scar. Keep reading to learn more about Lugol’s and complementary treatments that work as natural cures for Asherman’s Syndrome.
Why You Need to Consider the Science of Vitamin D in the Proper Context to Get Rid of Uterine Adhesions and Uterine Fibroids
Most of our readers who consider the information we present about vitamin K2 and vitamin D supplementation along with the role of high dose vitamin D in making iodine deficiency worse, are able to see that vitamin D is being unnecessarily promoted by Big Pharma through mainstream media. When uterine fibroid patients take vitamin D supplements without understanding the health context of how high vitamin D equals low iodine levels in the body, it’s clear that vitamin D supplements need to be used with great care.
But there’s more than just health context to consider when you look at the use of supplements and prescription medications like paracalcitol for uterine fibroids. Scientists must study the topics that are being funded by big organizations like the American Cancer Association, that appear philanthropic. They don’t get to study anything they want, but rather, the topics that are considered “worthy” of study by these big organizations determine what gets studied and what doesn’t. If scientists don’t study the topics that please these organizations, then they can’t make money to feed their families. So there’s a bias in the scientific literature such that scientists are forced to study only the topics that are “fundable” by so-called philanthropic organizations that actually were developed as tax shelters and agents to defend the status quo in medicine.
Keep this in mind as you study how to cure uterine fibroids, uterine adhesions, and other supposedly “incurable” diseases. In addition to the health equations that patients need to know about in order to get the greatest yields from their nutrient supplements like vitamin D, vitamin K2, and Lugol’s iodine, there is also a political context that needs to be considered. As you read the material that you find online, remember that health is a commodity that is being bought and sold in the United States today, more than in any other country on the planet. The U.S., after all, is the only developed nation in the world that has an entirely capitalistic healthcare system. All other developed nations and even most developing nations use a partially private / capitalistic healthcare system combined with government-subsidized healthcare. The capitalistic nature of the U.S. healthcare system means that health is something that is priced according to supply and demand. There are no other forces at work in the U.S. right now to protect healthcare as a system from becoming totally corrupt as an endeavor designed to feed the greediest, least compassionate humans on earth.
It’s not okay that basic nutrients like iodine, vitamin K2, vitamin D, and fumaric acid have become political tools that are being manipulated by Big Pharma, Big Ag, and Big Food to produce disease in a population as a way to create a market for selling pharmaceuticals like paracalcitol but this is the healthcare environment today, particularly in the U.S. where there is no braking system to protect women especially against healthcare exploitation.
Serrapeptase as a Cure for Uterine Fibroids and Uterine Adhesions
Serrapeptase is an enzyme that comes from silkworms. It is used in a variety of health contexts to break down “dead” or unhealthy cells in the body including scar tissue, uterine adhesions, and uterine fibroids.
Uterine fibroids are like a tough, rubbery mass in the uterus. They develop when uterine cells don’t receive the proper nutrients, especially iodine, though the body needs vitamin K2 and sunlight exposure in order to take in and use iodine to its fullest potential. So these nutrients like iodine, vitamin K2, and sunlight-derived nutrients like vitamin D and fumaric acid are essential to get rid of uterine fibroids and adhesions along with serrapeptase as an enzyme to break down fibroids and adhesions. But while the nutrient substances we’ve talked about above can reverse uterine fibroids and uterine adhesions, and cause them to shrink and breakdown, serrapeptase is an enzyme that can hasten this process considerably.
Serrapeptase is famous for its ability to get rid of scar tissue and adhesions, including uterine adhesions. Indeed, digestive enzyme therapy also plays a role in reducing the overgrowth of human cells in the body including both adhesions and uterine fibroids. We’ll talk about how to use digestive enzymes for uterine adhesions and fibroids in a moment.
How to Get Rid of Uterine Fibroids Fast, Naturally Using Serrapeptase
Serrapeptase is an enzyme and it is generally used to break down tough scar tissues, adhesions, or fibroids in the body. It is often combined with Nattokinase, a fermented product that contains high levels of natural vitamin K2. To get rid of uterine fibroids quickly, take a serrapeptase and nattokinase product once or twice daily.
Digestive Enzymes to Get Rid of Uterine Adhesions and Uterine Fibroids
Dr. John Beard was a famous embryologist who developed the Trophoblast Theory of Cancer. According to this theory, cancer cells are “false placentas” or cells that have “self-fertilized” in a sense. During pregnancy, placental cells must create a blood supply and the trophoblast is a layer around the embryo that reaches toward the placenta to implant into the endometrium of the uterus. The trophoblast eventually becomes a part of the placenta and it creates a blood supply and it has invasive properties that are remarkably similar to cancer cells. Dr. Beard noted this similarity in his research and he discovered that it was possible to use pancreatic enzymes to cure cancer.
Pancreatic enzymes don’t just digest food. They also are absorbed from the digestive system into the bloodstream and, when they’re present in excess of dietary requirements, pancreatic enzymes travel throughout the body, via the bloodstream, to eat away at biofilm and cells that are multiplying out of control. As such, pancreatic enzymes can be used to break down uterine fibroids and uterine adhesions.
Pancreatic enzymes have been used in some novel and surprising ways to overcome fibrosis throughout the body. For example, children with cystic fibrosis can take pancreatic enzymes to cure their disease. Be aware though, that not all products contain all of the vital pancreatic enzymes that break down adhesions and fibroids. Be sure to purchase pancreatic enzyme products that contain all of the following:
Chymotrypsin and trypsin are particularly well known for their ability to get rid of fibrosis and adhesions in the body, but if you have an abnormal growth of tissue, you should take all of the pancreatic enzymes listed above.
Pancreatic enzyme therapy as a stand-alone natural treatment for cancer has a 13% cure rate which is remarkable given that chemo, as a stand-alone treatment has a cure rate of only 2-3%.
Below are products that contain all of the above-listed pancreatic enzymes for the treatment of uterine fibroids and adhesions:
Resveratrol and Cold-Pressed Grape Seed Oil / Amygdalin / Vitamin B17: Grapes as an Herbal Remedy for Uterine Fibroids
Black grapes that have seeds and that have been grown organically contain the perfect mix of natural ingredients to cure uterine fibroids. Indeed, the Brandt Grape Cure is one of the simplest and most famous cures for cancer that has become unfortunately hard to implement as Big Food developed and marketed “seedless” grape varieties that don’t contain vitamin B17 / amygdalin, a potent cure for uterine fibroids and cancer. Read more about the Brandt Grape Cure here.
But in addition to the vitamin B17 / amygdalin and also iodine and vitamin K2 in black, seeded grapes, this fruit also contains higher than average resveratrol levels. Resveratrol is also found in other plants like Japanese Knotweed so you can take this herb as a supplement that’s separate from amygdalin / vitamin B17. But if you want to shrink uterine fibroids fast, vitamin B17 / amygdalin is essential. Read more about amygdalin as a cure for cancer here. It has an 80-90% cure rate and it works well as a natural cure for uterine fibroids and adhesions too. This nutrient is the most powerful cancer-prevention medicine currently known beside Lugol’s iodine.
Scientific studies have shown that resveratrol was able to reduce the size of uterine fibroids both in a petri dish as well as in living animals. As such, plants that contain resveratrol (seeded grapes, organically grown peanuts, and japanese knotweed, for example) or a resveratrol supplement should be incorporated into any natural therapy for uterine fibroids along with the other nutrients listed above.
Below are products that contain amygdalin and resveratrol:

How to Get Rid of Uterine Fibroid Pain and Pain Caused by Uterine Adhesions
We consistently find that the administration of vitamin K2, Lugol’s iodine 2%, and the use of castor oil packs applied directly to the abdomen not only can be used to reduce the pain of uterine fibroids and uterine adhesions, but it can also be used to shrink uterine fibroids and adhesions and get rid of them fast. There are nutrients like manganese in castor oil that complement Lugol’s iodine and enhance its absorption in the body. Castor oil applied topically is able to change the alignment of epidermal skin cells such that the castor oil easily passes through the skin into the blood and body tissues so that it can travel wherever it needs to go.
A castor oil pack can be used to reduce uterine fibroid pain and also shrink uterine fibroids naturally. Apply castor oil packs daily for up to an hour with heat.
Castor oil in combination with dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) is a famous natural treatment for uterine adhesions. Both the castor oil and the DMSO work together to soften the adhesions so that the body can break them down. When castor oil and DMSO are applied to the abdomen over the area where the uterine adhesions are present, DMSO easily takes the castor oil through the skin directly to the organs under the area of application. When this protocol is used in tandem with the enzyme therapies described above and the other treatments recommended in this discussion, the healing power of castor oil + DMSO is significantly enhanced. Essentially, when you use castor oil and DMSO with enzymes, you’re softening tissues and making it easier for natural substances like enzymes to then break them down for removal from the body.
Uterine fibroids also respond well to the use of DMSO. Indeed, women with both uterine fibroids and uterine adhesions should consider the following protocol, which combines castor oil, DMSO, and also grapeseed oil and apricot kernel oil as a topical skin treatment that easily goes through skin to treat uterine fibroids with amygdalin / vitamin B17, iodine-absorption-enhancing nutrients, and the power of DMSO as an anti-cancer solvent that enhances the medicinal properties of all of the treatments we’ve discussed for uterine adhesions and uterine fibroids.
Topical Treatment to Get Rid of Uterine Adhesions and Uterine Fibroids
In glass jar combine the following ingredients:
Mix vigorously before use. Apply twice daily to the abdomen over the fibroids and allow it to soak in for 15 minutes before you reapply clothing to the area. To enhance the overall healing effects of this treatment, apply Red Light Therapy which will not only warm the area to increase skin and tissue penetration, but also energize cells to help them heal.
General Protocol to Reverse Uterine Fibroids
Below is a general plan for healing from uterine fibroids or uterine adhesions. This plan differs a bit from some of our above recommendations, but patients should realize that there are different ways to administer the treatments we’ve recommended here. Below is a simple protocol to follow, but patients may choose to substitute some of the above treatments and additional, natural treatment options for uterine adhesions and fibroids like Red Light Therapy and DMSO to enhance the overall effects.
