Do These 4 Stretches EVERY Day – Stretches For Seniors | More Life Health

Join me (Mike – Physiotherapist) for this stretch routine for seniors, which consists of 4 stretches that you should make sure you’re doing daily to improve your posture and prevent hip, back, knee, neck and shoulder pain.

Stretch 1: Posture Stretch
– Position 1: Arms at 45 degrees
– Position 2: Arms at 90 degrees
– Position 3: Arms at 120 degrees
Stretch 2: Lumbar Extension Stretch
Stretch 3: Groin Stretch
Stretch 4: Calf Stretch with Hip Extended
Stretch 5 (Optional): Quadriceps Stretch
