DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!! – Inspired by athletes in weight divisions who need to cut weight last minute to compete I decided to see how much TOTAL bodyweight I could lose in 24 hours. This meant ZERO food, minimal drink and extensive exhausting exercise.
DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT A WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT HEALTHILY!!!
In this video it covers all the exercise I undertook, how I dodged cakes, meals and temptation, how I survived for an entire 24 hours on just one glass of water.
Obviously athletes who cut all do it slightly differently and my actions in this video are all slightly exaggerated. Research since doing this video reveals some use special kind of baths to lose additional water weight.
Everything done in this video was done under strictly monitored conditions and should not be attempted
This was a horrid 24 hours – I will never do this again!
