In this video, I am at 16 weeks post op from left total knee replacement. Our warm up includes the tai chi forms “waving hands like clouds”, “brush knee”, and “repulse monkey”. Today our isometric strength exercises are held for 60 seconds and we combine upper body with lower body, as well as many balance poses and core training. You may need a small chair or wall for balance, two or three sizes of hand weights, and possibly a mat for floor work. Take options and modifications as needed, and enjoy!
