If you want to workout and don’t know where to start, try my plus size positive, fat friendly, full body workout. It’s a great beginner workout for obese people. You don’t need any weights, because we’ll be using our own body weight. Don’t worry if you are carrying a little extra and can’t keep up, just do what you can. There’s definitely no jumping, and it’s low impact. Even though it’s a low impact workout, we can still work up a sweat from the comfort of our own homes.
To avoid getting up and down off the floor, we’ll start with standing exercises, and progress to the floor for the last circuit and cool down stretches.

My videos are made to be inclusive for a range of sizes, shapes & weights. That’s right, you don’t need to be a fatty to join me! They are great for anyone who is senior, asthmatic or COPD, a heart patient, recovering from an injury or surgery, has a disability or bad back/knees etc, or even anyone who just want to do an awesome, fun workout with this lil cutie.
