20 Min Full Body Yoga Flow | Strength, Flexibility & Mobility | Day 4 – 30 Day Yoga Challenge

Welcome to day 4 of the 30 day yoga challenge. Today we have a fun and playful 20 minute full body yoga flow. This class is for all levels, however some of the transitions may be more challenging so listen out for the options to help you modify postures.

In this class we will do a little of everything – standing balances, seated twists, side bends, backbends and hip openers. This class includes postures that target the whole body to give you a well rounded full body flow.
