A heavy leg day! Life update #gymworkout #legdayworkout

Hi besties, long time no see! I hope you guys enjoy this little quad day vlog. I had to take advantage of the gym being so empty to actually record a full vlog.

Quad & glutes routine breakdown:
– Hex deadlifts
– Front squats
– Walking lunges
– Leg extensions
– Cable step ups
– Goblet squats

Deadlift PR -180 pounds
Front squat PR – 135 pounds

I can’t believe I got to personal record this day, I was so excited to go up in weight and push myself a little more then usual.
