Welcome to KICK START.
This 30 minute fat burning workout for total beginners is a HIIT for beginners and people who are wanting to get back into fitness.

Lets increase our heart rate and have fun with this quick cardio calorie burning weight loss workout!

This beginner HIIT workout consists of 15 exercises with two rounds. Each exercise is done for 40 seconds followed by 20 seconds of rest.

The goal is to do each 40 second exercise at a pace that is challenging for you. Feeling a little out of breath after a round is a sign that you challenged yourself.

Benefits of HIIT include:
✳️ Burning belly fat while maintaining muscle
✳️ Lowering blood pressure
✳️ Improving cardiovascular health
✳️ Managing insulin sensitivity (which helps the exercising muscles
use glucose for fuel to make energy)

Another added benefit is that you’ll burn calories a few hours after your workout as your body uses energy to get back to its pre-exercise levels!

This is a cardio workout so drink water during breaks to stay hydrated. Also, for safety, clear the area and tape down or move rugs to the side.
