Rich Gaspari Shares Anti-Aging Peptide Stack for A Higher Quality of Life – Fitness Volt

Grizzled bodybuilding veteran Rich Gaspari is a strong proponent of staying healthy during and after competition. In a recent post made on Instagram, Gaspari shared a look into his personal peptide stack that he utilizes for the anti-aging benefits and to improve the quality of his life.

Rich Gaspari first gained attention for his crazy conditioning levels in the IFBB Pro Men’s Open category during the 1980s and 90s. During his career, he challenged the likes of eight-time Mr. Olympia Lee Haney, Hall of Famer Lee Labrada, and Robby Robinson. Although he did not win the coveted Sandow trophy, Gaspari established himself as one of the most consistent performers with three runner-up finishes.

Since stepping away from competition, Gaspari has become a revered analyst. He fired shots at the reigning champion Hadi Choopan for a lack of conditioning after coming out on top of the 2022 Mr. Olympia last December. The 59-year-old doubled down on his stance a few days later and called on Choopan to revive the conditioning seen in the past.

Gaspari regularly shares advice with his followers on social media. He talked about the anti-aging benefits of using testosterone, weight training, and growth hormone (GH) last month. He added a range of peptides he used to drive up his natural GH levels.

A few days later, Gaspari stressed the importance of nutrition to succeed in bodybuilding. He laid out a diet plan with the right balance of macronutrients for building muscle and cautioned against dropping calorie intake too low. He followed up with an intense message encouraging his followers to push themselves beyond the limit in training sessions. As a strong advocate of high training intensity, he challenged them to use a variety of techniques in their workouts, including supersets, drop sets, giant sets, and more.

Last month, Rich Gaspari opened up about his near-decade-long use of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). He suggested regular visits to the doctor to get your blood work done and keeping a track of health indicators to minimize the chance of side effects.

Gaspari expressed his disapproval of the high drug dosages used by contemporary competitors. He chimed in with his experience competing in the 90s. Although there are similarities in the compounds being used, Gaspari finds that modern athletes overuse them.

Rich Gaspari shares an anti-aging peptide stack he uses

In a recent Instagram post, Rich Gaspari shared the anti-aging peptide stack he likes to utilize for an improved quality of life.

“What’s my favorite peptide stack?” Gaspari continued. “NAD increases my overall energy, immune system, helps me sleep well. BPC157 is the wolverine peptide. It helps in healing, joints, brings down inflammation, and I feel really amazing on it. And duoblend, a combination of Ipamorelin and CJC1295.

“They work together as a secretagogue to increase natural GH in your body which increases overall muscle and decreases body fat. Those are what I use in my peptide stack and feel amazing with.”

Rich Gaspari discussed the risk of dehydration contenders face while working on enhancing their dryness. He argued against using harsh diuretics for competition and praised the package of rising sensation Samson Dauda, who’s coming off a commanding win at the 2023 Arnold Classic.

It appears Gaspari’s continuing his campaign to use peptides with the latest update. He recently criticized the promotion of steroids by coaches and highlighted the situation in female divisions such as Bikini and Wellness.
