Liver Cleansing Juice

1 green apple
2 celery stalks
1 cup spinach leaves
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
1 cup filtered water

Wash and core the apples. Chop them up into the blender.

Wash the celery and remove the threads from the back. Chop into the blender.

Wash the spinach leaves and add them to the blender.

Add the lemon juice and the water.

Blend until smooth.

Enjoy whenever you want.
