Detox Your Toothpaste By Making Your Own For Harder And Whiter Teeth

Most people don’t think about their teeth that much, but do you have receding gums or know a young child with soft teeth? Many people do, so I came up with a toothpaste recipe that detoxes your gums, and helps keep your mouth and teeth clean and strong. It’s great for bad breath, too, and you can make it at home. According to the National Institutes of Health, your mouth is home to  700 species of microorganisms and bacteria that live on your teeth, tongue, and in the pockets between your teeth and gums. Many of these harmful bacteria can lead to tooth decay and gum disease . If you detox your body to avoid disease,  detox your mouth and gums, too. And, it helps strengthen weak teeth, which is common in many children today. Homemade Toothpaste Recipe Ingredients French Green Clay** ( start with ) 2 Tbsp, but you can increase proportions to make more Cold pressed coconut oil 3 to 4 Tbsp Eiden’s® Liquid Silica 1 tsp Sea Salt 1/4 tsp Directions In a jar or a storable container, add the clay, oil, silica, and salt. Seal and shake the container to mix until the consistency is soft like toothpaste. Add more oil if needed to achieve the toothpaste texture. This toothpaste is safe to swallow, too .   ** note that the FDA has not certified the green clay for internal use in the USA, so some green clay products will be labeled for external use only . newsletter archives for many articles about the green clay. FGC is certified as safe for internal use in France, Australia, and most all European countries. I do not recommend bentonite clay for internal use because it hardens in your body, yet the FDA has certified bentonite for internal use. This decision is up to you.  Just saying. Toddlers With Soft Teeth Every week I receive contacts from concerned parents whose infants and toddlers are developing soft teeth.  We’re having great success reversing this, and here’s how we are doing it : Firstly, I recommend doing a hair analysis to dig deeper into what’s going on inside of their body, but secondly, I recommend making your own clay toothpaste to remove toxins embedded in the mouth and gums. For children developing soft teeth , dip their toothbrush into liquid ionic silica. The Benefits of Silica Silica use has risen recently in dentistry. one of the top 12 elements necessary for life . If your teeth are over-saturated in silica, the silica will crystallize the minerals in your teeth, gums and bones, which is what silica does in Nature . The more silica you have in your teeth, the whiter your teeth will be because in Nature, the more silica you have in a rock, the paler the rock tends to be . A 2016 study by Sao Paulo University, Brazil showed that silica helps form the building blocks of collagen , an important protein found in your skin, blood, cartilage, muscles and ligaments. Eiden’s Liquid Ionic Silica is my favorite supplement for strengthening your teeth, gums, nails, skin, and hair . Dip your toothbrush into the liquid and brush your teeth with it; it can be swallowed and can also be added to your homemade toothpaste . Smile and be proud of those healthy teeth. _______________ If you want to learn more about healthy living and disease prevention, contact me at  janethull.com .  Remember that you are never alone when you are looking for good health!
